It was great to be recently commissioned by couple living in Stokes Croft, Bristol, to spray paint a mural that included some of their favourite parts of Kandy, where one of them grew up.
We worked closely to accurately reflect the Galle lighthouse, Sigriya, Sri Pada (Adams Peak) and of course the beautiful Kandy lake and temple. At night time I had also climbed the sacred mountain to see the sunrise from its 2200m summit, so it was beautiful to re-create it in their front room almost twenty years on.
