Adel Beck Secure Children's Home provides care and support for girls and boys aged 10 – 18 who require a secure setting due to either welfare or criminal justice needs. It has three separate units, all named after Yorkshire Athletes.
The young people asked to have some graffiti artwork done to decorate each unit, so I painted these boards based on their designs and they are now up on display there.
I have delivered Graffiti Art workshops to young people at Adel Beck since 2012, and they always amaze me with their creativity and passion for their work. Working here has been one of the highlights of my whole career as an art tutor.
